At Rise And Inspire Store, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to make it right.

If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please contact us at Deebryantinspired@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

Please note that we cannot process returns or refunds without proper photo documentation of the defect or issue. Items that have been washed, worn, or altered are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

All refund or replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to honor your request.

Since our products are custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or product. We strongly recommend reviewing the sizing charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

In the event of a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
